Construction Manager
Location: Lombok, Indonesia (Site-based) The Mission: You are the one who turns our architectural vision into reality. You will oversee the daily operations on-site in Lombok, ensuring that our "sanctuary" is built to the highest standards of quality and safety. Your Tasks: Management of local subcontractors, quality control, timeline monitoring, and ensuring construction stays true to the SEYA aesthetic. Your Profile: Proven experience in high-end hospitality construction in Indonesia, strong leadership skills, and the ability to bridge the gap between international design and local execution. Language: Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
IT System Administrator
Location: Singapore (HQ / Hub) The Mission: You are the backbone of our digital infrastructure. While James AI curates the guest experience, you ensure that our global hub in Singapore and our resorts are connected, secure, and running seamlessly. Your Tasks: Management of cloud infrastructure, office IT in Singapore, ensuring cybersecurity across our network, and supporting the technical rollout of James AI. Your Profile: Strong background in cloud-native environments, experience with hybrid work setups, and a proactive "problem-solver" mindset. Language: Fluent in English.
Executive Assistant
Location: Singapore (HQ / Hub) The Mission: You are the right hand of our founders, Julia and Simon. You bring the "ease" into our daily operations, ensuring that the management can focus on the big picture while you handle the organizational heartbeat of SEYA. Your Tasks: Calendar and travel management (Singapore/Indonesia), stakeholder communication, coordinating board meetings, and managing the Singapore office flow. Your Profile: Highly organized, discreet, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced startup environment. You are a "people person" who embodies the SEYA spirit. Language: Fluent in English (German is a strong plus).
Senior Accountant
Location: Singapore (HQ / Hub) The Mission: You ensure the financial integrity of our Indonesian operations. With multiple villa types, investor splits, and local tax requirements, you are the guardian of our "35% cost-efficiency" and financial transparency. Your Tasks: Monthly financial reporting, handling local tax compliance (PPN, PB1, NPWP), payroll for our resort staff, and managing accounts payable/receivable. Your Profile: Deep knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax law, experience in the hospitality sector, and high integrity. Language: Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Community & Guest Support Specialist
Location: Dual-Location (Singapore & Indonesia / Mobile) The Mission: You are the voice of SEYA and the primary point of contact for our global circle of friends. You bridge the gap between our digital headquarters in Singapore and the physical experience on the ground in Lombok. Your goal is to ensure "effortless authenticity" for every member, from their first inquiry to their sunset at the resort. Your Tasks: Managing global member inquiries via all channels, assisting with the onboarding of new Members Club participants, and providing on-site support during peak times in Lombok. You will also work closely with the tech team to refine the James AI user experience based on direct guest feedback. Your Profile: You are a natural communicator with a high degree of empathy and cultural flexibility. You love to travel and feel equally at home in a Singapore boardroom as you do on a beach in Lombok. You are tech-savvy and passionate about hospitality. Language: Fluent in English (additional languages like German or Bahasa Indonesia are a significant advantage).
