Getting started
With this vision in our hearts, Julia and I (Simon) began developing the concept, searching for land on Bali’s paradise neighbor, Lombok, and sharing our dream with investors.

We’ve brought together a world-class team and broken ground on our stunning site in Lombok. We couldn’t be more excited to open our doors to the first guests later this year.

The vision for SEYA was born. We spent the year crafting our initial concept, securing our lead investors, and identifying the perfect partners to bring our pilot location to life. After an extensive search, we found the ideal home for our first "fire" on the pristine shores of Lombok.
The transformation began. As construction on Lombok reached its first major milestones, we will celebrate our partial opening, welcoming the first guests into the SEYA fold. To support our global ambitions, we officially established our Hub Company in Singapore—the strategic heart of our future expansion.
Lombok reaches its full potential. With the resort fully operational and thriving, we are shifting our focus to the horizon. This year marks the completion of our pilot sanctuary and the finalization of the blueprints for our next global neighborhoods.
The fire spreads across the globe. By 2030, the SEYA community will have officially expanded to three of the world’s most iconic coastal destinations. Construction is underway at our new homes in Ibiza, Cape Town, and the Gold Coast, Australia—connecting our group of friends across four continents.
