Privacy policy
We keep this simple: this website sets no cookies, uses no tracking or analytics tools and does not ask you for any personal data. The only data processed is what any web server needs to deliver a page to your browser. This policy explains the details under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

What happens when you visit this website
When you open this website, your browser automatically sends information to our server. The server stores it briefly in log files:
- your IP address
- date and time of the request
- the page or file requested
- the website you came from (referrer)
- browser type and version, operating system
- amount of data transferred and the status of the request
We need this data to deliver the website, to keep it stable and to detect and prevent misuse and attacks. We do not combine it with other data and do not use it to identify you. The log files are deleted automatically after a short retention period, unless a longer retention is necessary to investigate a specific security incident.
Legal basis under the GDPR is Art. 6(1)(f): our legitimate interest in running a secure and working website.
Hosting
This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM, Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. The server is located in Germany. All-Inkl processes the log data described above on our behalf and under a data processing agreement in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.
Fonts and external content
All fonts and images are stored on our own server. Your browser does not connect to Google Fonts or any other third-party service when loading this page.
We link to our Instagram profile. This is a simple link: no data is sent to Instagram while you are on our website. Only when you click the link will you leave our site, and the privacy policy of Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. applies from then on.
If you write to us by email, we use your address and the content of your message only to answer your request. Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. We delete the data once your request has been dealt with, unless we are required by law to keep it.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15)
- have incorrect data corrected (Art. 16)
- have your data deleted (Art. 17)
- restrict the processing of your data (Art. 18)
- receive your data in a portable format (Art. 20)
- object to processing based on our legitimate interests (Art. 21)
- lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the EU member state where you live
Under the PDPA you may request access to and correction of your personal data and withdraw any consent you have given. Complaints can also be addressed to the Personal Data Protection Commission of Singapore.
